Common Issues
Troubleshooting the most frequent setup and onboarding problems.
No data showing after installation
Cause: Sensor connectivity issue or data pipeline delay.
Fix:
- Check the data quality indicator on your site page (should be green)
- Verify the sensor has internet connectivity
- Wait 15-30 minutes for initial data to propagate
- If the issue persists, contact your account manager
"No sites available" message
Cause: Your user account hasn't been granted access to any sites yet.
Fix: Ask your organization admin to grant you access to the appropriate sites in the user management section.
Missing disaggregation categories
Cause: Disaggregation requires a minimum amount of data to build accurate models.
Fix: Allow 48-72 hours of data collection before expecting full disaggregation. The system improves its accuracy over the first week.
Dashboard loads slowly
Cause: Large date ranges with many sites selected.
Fix:
- Narrow the date range (try last 7 days instead of last 90 days)
- Reduce the number of compared tenants
- Use filters to focus on specific metrics
Incorrect site information
Cause: Site metadata entered during setup may be incomplete.
Fix: Contact your account manager to update site names, addresses, or other metadata.
