Common Issues

Cause: Sensor connectivity issue or data pipeline delay.

Fix:

1. Check the data quality indicator on your site page (should be green)
2. Verify the sensor has internet connectivity
3. Wait 15-30 minutes for initial data to propagate
4. If the issue persists, contact your account manager

Cause: Your user account hasn't been granted access to any sites yet.

Fix: Ask your organization admin to grant you access to the appropriate sites in the user management section.

Cause: Disaggregation requires a minimum amount of data to build accurate models.

Fix: Allow 48-72 hours of data collection before expecting full disaggregation. The system improves its accuracy over the first week.

Cause: Large date ranges with many sites selected.

Fix:

1. Narrow the date range (try last 7 days instead of last 90 days)
2. Reduce the number of compared tenants
3. Use filters to focus on specific metrics

Cause: Site metadata entered during setup may be incomplete.

Fix: Contact your account manager to update site names, addresses, or other metadata.
