Your First Dashboard
A walkthrough of navigating the AICE Power dashboard for the first time.
When you first log in, you'll see the Welcome page (Accueil) with an overview of your sites and key metrics.
Navigation
The sidebar on the left gives you access to all major sections:
- Accueil — portfolio overview with leaderboard and weekly trends
- Administration — user management and site configuration (admin only)
- Electricite — contains two sub-pages:
- Puissances instantanees — live power measurements from all sensors
- Consommation Energie — historical electricity consumption with disaggregation
- Optimisations — cost analysis and AI-driven insights:
- Couts Electricite — electricity cost breakdowns by category, sensor, and tariff
- Simulateur d'Economies — model potential savings scenarios
- Recommandations — AI-generated insights organized by severity
- Alertes — anomaly notifications from the system
- Auto-comparaison — compare your site's performance against itself over different periods:
- Globale — overall consumption comparison
- CVC — HVAC-specific comparison with DJU normalization
- Comparaison inter-sites — benchmark multiple sites side by side:
- Globale, Froid, CVC, Eclairage
- Export de Donnees — download your data in various formats
- Retour d'experience — submit feedback and experience reports
Toolbar
At the top of every page you'll find context-aware controls:

| Site selector (top-left) | Shows the currently selected site |
| Category filter | Filter by equipment category (on some pages) |
| Corrige DJU toggle | Enable weather-normalized consumption. See DJU Normalization |
| Par m2 toggle | Normalize per square meter (on comparison pages) |
| Date range picker | Adjust the time period |
| Actualiser button | Refresh data |
Rene — AI Assistant
On the right side, you'll find Rene, the built-in AI assistant. Click Toggle Rene to open the chat panel. You can ask questions about your energy data in natural language, for example:
- "Why was our bill so high last week?"
- "Compare HVAC consumption this month vs last month"
Rene also appears on comparison pages with contextual suggestions based on the data you're viewing.
