Implementation Checklist

Step-by-step setup requirements for going live with AICE Power.

Use this checklist to ensure a smooth rollout of AICE Power at your site(s).

Before installation [step]

  • Confirm site address and electrical panel locations
  • Ensure internet connectivity at sensor locations (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
  • Schedule a 2-3 hour installation window (no power cuts needed)
  • Identify your energy manager or facility contact for each site

During setup [step]

  • Sensors installed on main electrical feeds
  • Data transmission verified (green status in the dashboard)
  • Site name and address confirmed in the platform
  • User accounts created for your team

After going live [step]

  • Verify 24h of data collection on the consumption page
  • Review disaggregation categories (HVAC, refrigeration, lighting)
  • Set up your first alert rule
  • Invite additional team members as needed

Multi-site rollout

If you're deploying across multiple sites, we recommend a phased approach:

  1. Start with 1-2 pilot sites
  2. Validate data quality and dashboard setup
  3. Roll out to remaining sites in batches
  4. Configure cross-site comparison views
